As far as I can tell, there is not a way to change the order in which strategies are displayed. It looks like it automatically sorts in order of creation with the oldest being at the bottom, which happens to be the least helpful for me. With so many strategies, it is important to be able to organize the strategy list to display in a custom order (just like we are able to do with the columns on the listings page) so that we can put our most commonly used strategies at the top of the list.
